Erasmus+
The Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences invites staff to participate in the Erasmus+ programme under the staff mobility schemes:
- STA – teaching assignments,
- STT – training and professional development placements.
The call for applications is being conducted under the following agreement:

Who is it for?
The programme is open to all staff employed at the Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IBIB PAN) – including research, teaching and administrative staff – provided that the planned mobility is related to the scope of their duties.
How does the recruitment process work?
Recruitment is ongoing and takes place on a first-come, first-served basis. Mobility grants are awarded until the available funding is exhausted.
The conditions for participation in the programme are:
- the purpose of the trip must be consistent with professional duties,
- prior agreement on the mobility with the host institution,
- possession of language skills sufficient to undertake the trip.
What do you need to prepare?
To apply for the programme, you must submit the application form to the Erasmus+ coordinator at IBIB PAN.
Once selected, the participant prepares the documentation required by the Erasmus+ programme, including, amongst others:
- Mobility Agreement,
- Grant Agreement,
- document confirming the completion of the stay.
Important information
- applications are registered on a first-come, first-served basis,
- the decision on eligibility is made by the Erasmus+ programme coordinator or the Director of the Institute,
- in the event of a large number of applications, priority is given to those who meet all the formal criteria in the order in which applications are received.
