Job description

  • Coordination of national and international projects (NCN, NCBiR, ABM, NAWA, EC, PAN, ERC, Horizon).
  • Support the Project Manager in the preparation of project proposals and documentation.
  • Liaising with other departments of the Institute during the preparation of proposals and during the implementation and settlement of projects with regard to budgets, finance, employment, procurement.
  • Actively seek out new projects and communicate them to academics.
  • Proactively seeking staff related to the implementation of scientific projects.
  • Implementing good practice in project management.
  • Promotion of the Institute (conferences, trade fairs, social media, Institute website).

Required qualifications

  • Higher education.
  • Experience in handling externally funded scientific projects.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Independence, communication skills, good organisation of work.

Responsibilities of the Employee/Staff:
