In the nomenclature adopted by the European Union, the acronym GEP (Gender Equality Plan) is used to describe such plans.<br>The Gender Equality Plan of the M. Na\u0142\u0119cz Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences contains a diagnosis of the current state and planned actions to promote gender equality.<br>&nbsp;The Gender Equality Plan of IBIB PAN covers the years 2022-2025. The document has been developed by a team of IBIB PAN employees and approved by the Institute's Management.
